Before purchasing your ticket, make sure that you have chosen the correct number of tickets, date and time-slot that you wish to visit the Museum. After the completion of your transaction, a refund or change in your ticket purchase is NOT possible. Also, no refund policy exists if your tickets are lost, stolen, or destroyed.

Tickets can be collected from the Museum Ticket Desk, with your RESERVATION NUMBER, on the date of the planned visit, or on a previous day during Museum opening hours. Please note that the Museum is closed every Monday.
