Before purchasing your ticket, make sure that you have chosen the correct number of tickets, date and time-slot that you wish to visit the Museum. After the completion of your transaction, a refund or change in your ticket purchase is NOT possible. Also, no refund policy exists if your tickets are lost, stolen, or destroyed.
Tickets bought via e-ticketing can be collected from the Museum Ticket Desk or from the Museum Self-Service Ticketing Kiosks. Once you arrive at the Museum, make sure that you bring the following information: your RESERVATION NUMBER, the SURNAME that you used for the specific reservation and the TELEPHONE NUMBER.
You can collect your tickets at the Museum at the time of your planned visit. You are also welcome to collect your tickets from the Museum earlier, on a previous day. You are reminded that the Museum is closed every Monday. |
