Honorary decree for Alketas, King of the Molossoi of Epirus

The Athenians honor Alketas for the help he provided during their military expedition to Corcyra in 373/2 BC. The image on the relief, a horse and olive wreath, is possibly associated with Alketas’ equestrian victory. 373/2 BC (Acr. 1349)

The Demos of Athens grants Rheboulas, son of the Odrysian King Seuthes III, the title of Athenian citizen, within the context of Athens’ anti-Macedonian policy. The relief represents the Goddess Athena and Rheboulas. 331/0 BC (NΑΜ 1476)
