Joining of new fragments to the archaic sculptures

On Monday 8 October 2012, the conservators of the Acropolis Museum proceeded to the joining of new fragments to the archaic sculptures. The second horse of the Hekatompedon sculptures acquired part of its chest. The wrist of the Kore Acr. 671 joined her arm and the statue of Nike Acr. 691 acquired another part of her garment.
