Traditional Greek Breakfast

The Restaurant and Café serve traditional greek breakfast, every day until 12 noon.

Recommended from the traditional Greek breakfast menu are:

  • Homemade baked in our oven koulouri (bread sesame roll) served with cheese
  • Two fried eggs with prosciutto from Thrace
  • Fresh bread made in our kitchens served with our own marmalade flower honey, chokeberries and mastic of Chios island and fresh butter
  • Greek pancakes with grape molasses and tahini
  • Full cream Greek yogurt with thyme honey and nuts
  • Ice cream with homemade sweet preserves
  • Traditional baklava (sweet pastry made of layers of phyllo
    filled with nuts) served with cinnamon ice cream

For visitor access to the second floor restaurant, a free admission ticket is required from the Ticket Desk. For visitor access to the ground floor café, the purchase of a ticket is not required.

The restaurant company of the Acropolis Museum is certified with ISO 22000 and ISO 9001.
