Fragmentarily preserved sheet that belongs to the outer decoration of a wooden casket. It was attached to one of the box’s corners. The sheet depicts a warrior who holds a sword in his right hand and stretches out in the front his left, with which he would have held a shield. The warrior’s long locks of hair are incised and his head covers an Attic-type helmet with crest. A band of rosettes decorates the scene’s top. On the other end of the sheet, a bearded man, possibly Herakles, turns to the left.
