On Thursday 27 September 2012, World Tourism Day, the Acropolis Museum will host a special concert performed by the Orchestra of Colors, organized by the Hellenic Ministry of Tourism. The concert will be filmed to promote Greece worldwide. For filming purposes, the Archaic Gallery will be closed temporarily to the public; between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. Visitors of the Museum will have the opportunity to enjoy the musical melodies of the Orchestra of Colors between 7:15 p.m. and 7:45 p.m., on the second floor balcony overlooking the Archaic Gallery.
