Upper part of a seated female figurine found during one of the

Acropolis

excavation campaigns. The body is handmade whereas the head mouldmade. The figure has jewellery around her neck and over her bosom whereas broad bands adorn her hair. Traces of white slip are preserved all over the figurine’s surface.

The figurine was a dedication at one of the Acropolis' shrines and probably depicts one of the worshipped deities on the hill.
