House Λ was established in the end of the 5th cent. BC, underwent multiple renovations, remodeling and expansions and remained in usage until the end of the 5th or 6th cent. AD. Mostly the south and east rooms of the house Λ have been revealed. Today it is preserved covered by soil in the western part of the surrounding area of the Acropolis Museum.
