Son of Priam, king of Troy and Hecuba, twin brother of Kassandra and a seer. He had foreseen the destruction of Troy and for this reason he tried to prevent Paris from abducting Helen. During the Trojan War he fought bravely against the Greeks but after Paris' death he was forced to reveal to them how to over take Troy.
