Fragment of a handmade vessel found in 1998 during the Makrygiannis plot excavation.
It is burnished and most likely derives from the base and body of a closed-shaped spherical pot or an open-shaped semispherical vessel. Vessels of the Neolithic period were usually burnished and many times bore engraved, painted or added decoration.
