Vessel handle in the form of a female bust supporting a flower bud on top of her head. The woman has delicate features and wears on her head a kind of diadem or stephane. The figure’s backside is smooth and at the height of the shoulders there is a notch facilitating the adjustment on a bronze vessel. Low on her chest two nails were also used to secure her on the vessel and a small part of the rim is still attached behind her right breast. It has been suggested that this female bust might have decorated the handle of an oinochoe.
